The Path Forward
We are not building a program. We are building a regenerative rural future. If you are a farm operator, investor, community organizer, policy partner, or simply someone who believes that the American rural landscape deserves better — this is your invitation.
The Five Steps
Formalize the Early Bird Farm & Mill operation as the definitive Starter Tier Archetype — creating the replicable template, the operational documentation, and the financial model that every subsequent SmallAg licensee will use as their baseline.
Identify 3-5 candidate farms across diverse regions for the first cohort of SmallAg Conversion Licensees. These farms will become the first Sovereignty Units in the network — each one a proof point and a regional anchor.
Develop the investment thesis that translates the Regensa Efficiency Model into investor language — the Diversified Bio-Engine, the 12%+ margin potential, the three-revenue-stream structure, and the regional market access that the Hub provides.
Launch the first complete Regional Precinct — a Hub Licensee with a functioning 25-30 mile coalition of Spoke farms, a regional processing hub, and a direct-to-market distribution network. This is the proof of the full system.
Engage USDA, state agricultural departments, veteran farm organizations, and community development financial institutions to build the policy and partnership infrastructure that will allow the model to scale beyond the initial cohort.
Who Should Connect
You operate or manage a farm of 50-500 acres and are looking for a pathway to greater financial resilience, market access, and community integration.
You work in rural community development, food security, or regional economic resilience and see the potential for the SmallAg model in your region.
You are interested in the Regensa Efficiency Model as an investment thesis — the Diversified Bio-Engine, the regional infrastructure opportunity, or the community impact angle.
You represent a government agency, university extension, CDFI, or nonprofit working in rural development, food systems, or veteran agriculture.
You are a veteran or military family member interested in farm ownership, rural land stewardship, or the Early Bird Mil & Farm initiative.
You are a journalist, researcher, or documentarian covering rural America, food systems, regenerative agriculture, or community economic development.
